- Misrepresent your affiliation with the Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, Houston Alumni of Delta Upsilon, the Undergraduate Chapter of Delta Upsilon at the University of Houston, or any of said organizations’ programs;

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services;

3. Donations and Payments
If you choose to make a donation, pay dues, or submit any other type of applicable payment via our Services:
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and we do not storer your credit card or banking information;
- All payments are final unless otherwise noted;
- Donation receipts will be provided via email where applicable;
- We do not issue refunds for donations unless required by law or in cases of error.

With your consent, the Houston Alumni of Delta Upsilon (HADU) would like to send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you have provided in our records.
