Brotherhood
A Legacy of Brotherhood Since 1973
Founded on April 28, 1973, the Houston Chapter of Delta Upsilon has proudly served as a foundation for lifelong friendship, leadership, and service. From humble beginnings on Harold Street to our last home on Old Spanish Trail, our chapter has evolved alongside the University of Houston and the city itself. Over the decades, we’ve called nine houses home—each one filled with the stories and memories of brothers who shaped our chapter’s enduring legacy. Today, we honor our past while building a future rooted in Delta Upsilon’s Four Founding Principles: the Promotion of Friendship, the Development of Character, the Diffusion of Liberal Culture, and the Advancement of Justice.
